What interested me in the course is the balanced focus on wellness and performance in work. I knew I would benefit from concentration methods to keep me focused on results and improve my self-management. Also, I wanted to refresh some aspects of coaching that are important to achieve progress in my career goals.
Jean is really articulate in showing her knowledge of how we operate and function as humans to understand ourselves better and how we perform and manage ourselves. She delivers training in a very engaging and yet practical way that you can then apply the learning into your life. The content was very interesting and useful throughout the whole course. I got what I came for and much more besides. In terms of stress management, self-care and wellness, I now have completely new insight and new skills in place on how to self-manage daily and get ahead of stressful situations with others and in my environment. There was a very clear environment of trust and learning created amongst the group. Honest feedback and examples of how to apply tools and the benefits associated with them helped me make progress and take action in many areas of my work and personal life. The skills I have learned in this course will carry me into the future.
