I was on the brink of packing in my job when I initially went to Jean for executive coaching. I was highly stressed working for a difficult boss for several years. It was starting to take its toll on me. My confidence was shattered, and I felt exhausted from worrying if my job was in jeopardy.

Jean helped me identify what my stressors were and getting to the root of what actions and steps I needed to put in place so that I could manage myself better in stressful situations. Getting my wellness back on track was the first priority. Jean is highly skilled with stress management techniques and a range of mind tools which I started to practice daily.
Through the coaching process, I learned effective communication and relationship intelligence skills with tools Jean gave me to start applying in my daily life. This gave me coping strategies for dealing with my boss in the short-term until I could figure out a solution and explore my options and put an action plan in place.
Six months late, the outcome of the coaching resulted in me transferring to another department. This proved to be the best option for me as I am working in a secure company with an excellent salary, and I was so relieved I didn’t have to walk away from that.
Jean’s blend of listening, empathy, and always knowing the right areas to delve into with her questions, helped me no end at one of the most stressful times in my life.
