I wanted to get a better handle on daily stress and what feels like exhaustion and burnout symptoms. The Neuro Wellness coaching has thought me so much about how to manage myself better daily.
There are so many aspects where I had no awareness of how I was feeding stress without realising it. The course was exceptionally informative and really helped me understand effective and practical ways on how to get ahead of stress. Applying the learning and tools from the course is making such a positive difference and impact in my life.
